Ive got that, sounds well lumpy but its fine especially if you have a zone chip.

I just fitted this exact cam to my car too - got it from LS Cartek from German ebay for around Ԛ£200, plus Ԛ£100 for the uprated springs (debatable whether necessary or not, but i took the safe option).

Car does idle really rough now and the car bunny-hops in any gear below 1500rpm, though like Jimbob, it was helped with a new Zone chip (cheers Ant  !)

Defo made a big difference to the performance of the car though - really revs freely now and with the new chip it pulls really well throughout the rev range.
