Hi guys,
Im currently in the middle of fitting an amp etc in the rear of my touring and Im alittle reluctant to start prying/breaking trim parts to run the wires required, so what routes have you taken or problems have you come across?
The best route for wiring amps etc in the boot

iv just got a tourer, and ill be putting all the wires in soon, in the last 1 i run the power down the drivers side under the door strips and carpet, and the others on the passager side, through the glove box down in to the foot well and under the carpet, then up under the back sets in to the boot

Main power feed for the amp/s can go throught the rubber grommet in the bulkhead beside the battery(with a fuze/circuit breaker within12"of the battery.
The cable can got right along the drivers side sill and behind the drivers side boot panel.
There a white plastic clips on the sill which still has enough room for a power cable to run through. This keeps things neat n tidy with no bulges in the carpet.
Speaker/signal wires can be routed along the transmission tunnel, under the centre console/carpet and then under the rear seat base/carpet and then behind the rear boot panels.
The cubby hole on the drivers side is of a reasonable size to fit a 2nd battery if you need to split charge

Cheers guys,
Dave, I was thinking one type along the side of the car and one along the trans tunnel aswell, saves pulling both sides of the car apart. I wont be running 2 batteries as Im only using a "smallish" amp to give the bass abit of a boost but if the headlights start flashing in time with the music I may try a cap.
