Does anyone else with a really low car hear the rear coils on the springs constantly clattering against themselves? Ive only noticed it in this weather as Ive all the windows open but its bloody annoying! lol

That plus the fact that Im scraping going over most speed bumps is making me think its soon time to order a new suspension kit.

Anyone got any pics of the H&R Cup kit?

My car is low (-60mm) but never encountered the prob that you are having. You might have a broken spring (or two).

It could be a broken spring actually as the back right is sitting a little lower than the rest. I'll have to check it out tomorrow.

You were right. The rear right spring had snapped off the bottom coil.
Time to order a new set methinks!

They fit straight on, just alot stronger design. Anyone with a lowered E30 should fit these as the standard one just don't last. Make sure they are E46 M3 convertible ones.

Adam your rear subframe bushes are probably knackered too and when they go the arse end sags down about 10mm more. looks better but handling sucks. look at jimbobs e30adams cars in the photo sections as they have cupkits
