OK,remove the air filter assembly, two bolts on the side and a large jubbilee clip.Remove the rubber elbow, another jubilee clip. Throttle body bolts on with four bolts and there is an electrical connector for the TPS. You should now have room to get to the 12 nuts that hold the manifold to the head. You will probably need to remove the thermostat housing as well, two more nuts.Slide the manifold towards you partway along the studs, then reach underneath it and push the vertical breather pipe down on it's spring until it clears the manifold, then lift the manifold off.Any remaining fittings that are in your way can now be removed. You will need new inlet gaskets, new thermostat housing gasket, new throttle body gasket and new seals for top and bottom of the breather pipe. When re-fitting,compress the breather pipe spring with a couple of zip ties, then fit it at the bottom first, then slide the manifold on and bolt down, cut the ties and make sure the upper end of the breather pipe is sat properly, these two joins are a common oil leak point. This is mostly an outline of what you need to watch for,to remove the manifold should take you an hour or so,on re-assembly try not to have any bits left over!!
Youth is wasted on the young.
