I have a pair of standard BMW tweeters but the fixing lug is broken off one of them. Any hints on repairing this? Also can the tweeters be replaced with betters items but keep same trim / grill? Anyone done this as I would like to retain a stock appearance

you can fix a 1inch tweeter in
the best way to fix the lug is to araldite it with appoxy resin strong as new then.
if you still have the broken off bit HTH

I've got the original tweeter pod's made by BMW but still have the Nokia tweeters in, going to change them.
Only the sub is wired up to the amp, componenets will be done at a later stage (using a separate amp)
