He cant Fuzzy, I knobbled the whole shebang so completely its almost funny

Overboost, overtemp on EGT, Rev limits x 3 :lol:

thinking back to my first cossie conversion, the garage did a similar thing to me although they used a rather cruder simple method of a large block of rubber fixed to the underside of the accelerator pedal to stop the pedal being pressed down to hard.they didnt tell me obviously but i found it myself winkeye

fuzzy, to run an engine in properly you should be able to use a full load on the engine.

Yep , building up to full load THEN OFF repeatedley so the rings bed in and do not glaze up the bors , ie they need a build of load to push then uut ans seal well , but do nt think Ben will have any trouble OTHER THAN A FEW EXTRA PIONTS

Right gentlemen its been a long time comming but it is back on the road needs to be finalised but its back
drove it home last night what fun !!!

technical failure of a bought in part which caused some big end issues so it has been rebuilt to a better standard with more goodies bolted on as in a 60mm extenal wastegate and a few other modifications full details after christmas period
once i have cleaned alll the crap off the body work.....

No probs Ben - I have some particularly nice Japanese black leather at the moment that would have been made into leather jackets at a thousand pounds each but it had several holes in it making the skin useless for anything but gaiters :D
