will the down pipes from a e32 fit in the e30? are they too large? or perharps too wide?

if someone knows better please stand up.

after sourcing all this car is finishing up towards completion.

E32 down pipes will not fit as is.. but, you need some cutting/welding job in right place. Best way is to do an exact E30 photo-copy job on the floor.... Also recommend to go for an Audi A4 rear box with dual exit tail pipes(they sound good too..sounds like you r having somthing big underneath). i'm using the entire pipes (cat by passed) from E32 except the rear box..

I'm sure the E32/34 downpipes are the same (I could be wrong) Have a look at http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... &start=200 it should open on the page where I bodged my exhaust using E32/34/E30 parts.
