I don't want to sound stupid :mad: but i have'nt got my head round all the extra parts available for the E30 and whats available for my 318i, could anybody help please?

obc = on borad computer, fitted to up market e30's in place of the clock, you can fit them but the loom is hastle, good for gadget freaks tho.

Vanos is a valve timing system utilizing solenoids and oil pressure systems to operate the valves variably at low and high revolutions, it would be dam hard to fit it to anything

Cheers mate much appreciated. Do you know if the E36 steering rack will be hard to fit as i've heard that its a good example for a quick rack?

ye e36 racsk are quick, and can be fitted to e30s, there is some going in the sales section sometimes. as for difficulty, iv no idea, i imagine a garage could do it easily enough tho mate

Me to, i've done 325i Brake conversion on the front, swwweeettt :D
Sparco stut brace on the front and Bilstein shocks :burn:

E36 rack fits on easily enough, but you need alittle ingenuity with the power pipes, and have to make up a hybrid flexible coupling shaft between the rack and the column.

im after an mtec strut brace, not sure whether to fit H n R cup kit or bilsteins to my IS. iv got EBC brakes all round, 325 sounds good tho

Did'nt go for the ebc cos they need to get really hot before you get best performance from them, jyst went with Brembo discs and Fast Road Pads

were can you get brembo discs for the e30's tho i cant find em
