quickest, least messiest way?

I have this spoiler on a car I bought, as its rubber the paint has all cracked, and I'd prefer it black anyway, so any ideas what to use that wont damage the rubber. It says Zender on it, can anyone confirm if it is a Zender spoiler or just something from hong kong.

(It does say bmw heckspoiler underneath the drivers side overlap)

any paint stripper will burn the rubber! , tinner is safer but will take a while. a jet wash is good to remove paint! a pin point jet blast the paint off like anything or use a heat gun and scrap the paint off. and then get it powder coated black.

dont use any thinners or other stuff as it will ruin the rubber and soak into it which in turn you will have problems later trying to paint it ,the only way is just use sand paper ,ok it might take a bit longer but much better finish and less hassle in the long run
