yer them loadest.com amps and speaker get so over rated there a bag of shit, if your going to buy subs and amps dont buy the cheapest i mean would you rather spend out on one of these silly under powered active subs and it sound shit as the amp is like the size of a postage stamp on a 500watt sub!, if i was to recommend a sub my biggest main factors of req is buytal rubber kevlar or at least not carboard or something else thatll break, then has to be dual voice and they are getting cheaper, and finaly dont buy a brand youve never heard of, like any thing else you wouldnt go buying a car tyres or food that had some name youve neaver heard of and proberly not even a brand name in the contry it comes from, its cheap for one reason, coz its made from shit, on a basis of subs and cost you could send 3k on say a mtx jack hammer that would shatter every screen in the car!!! but a tad imprac tbh, but id say some decent 10" or 12" would do the trick
but the best sub id say is knocking about is a JL audio 10 W7 (but it would need a digital mono block and there big £££)
this is its performance at top wack, not realy the best way to treat a expencive sub but just showing its distance of travel which is pretty amazing consitering most subs move about a inch both ways
and these sick set ups that id love to hear or not hear once im deaf lol
just click on the other related vids theres loads
but does need a 1000watts running on 1 ohm EACH!! and thats some serios ampage trust me!!!
still thats a sub id recommed

lol , jl audio 10 w7 has only 2.3 cm of x-max and cost £400 -500
orion Hccca 10.2 has estimated 3cm of x-max but its has 50mm of 1 way xmax with a total of 4 inch peak to peak! and it half the price at only £199 and is ts rms is rated 3 times more, then the maxium of the jl which is 500watts.

ok ok just saying!!!

lol , iam just saying that there at better sub's at cheaper prices compared to the jl audio sub's. and best thing is if you blow the orion sub you can simple buy a recone kit which i belive to be around £30-70. its just you can to hear the sub in real life to know how good is realy is , ive got 2x10" splx subs which cost me £17 each brand new in a custom bandpass box in my room an it kicks liek crazy over the jbl gt4-10 i had in it before.

yout not wrong mate, but them splx one i had some and blew them 3 times!!! then had a fli sub and i cant knock them

fli lol i wasted £110 on a twin 15" box from them and blew one of the 15" with in 10min and replaced it with a spare i had knocking around and it sounds good but the single 12" sonly explod sub i had in teh car before sound alot better.. there comps seem really good amps anit half bad. but subs are cheaply made. vibe made a mistake of making them! but there is a fli comp car that sounds alright

and saxo can be done up very nice , no body kits at , all oem parts. and a 170bhp saxo can take on a 325i (even tho a 325i will leave it in top end) its teh sam ething with e30's sum poeple fit massive body kits and massive arch's ect and it look pants.

* I tried to use text speak but the text speak filter stopped me * wtf???

I agree to a point. But, two words: Fiona Bruce.sati wrote:and saxo can be done up very nice , no body kits at , all oem parts. and a 170bhp saxo can take on a 325i (even tho a 325i will leave it in top end) its teh sam ething with e30's sum poeple fit massive body kits and massive arch's ect and it look pants.
If you arrive outside Fiona's house in a "Saxo-boyz" modified Saxo, she's going to turn off her mobile phone and hide in the loo until you're gone. If you turn up in an "E30 Zone" modified E30, she might decide not to wear her velvet shoes, but will probably answer the door. Some people have ruined E30s, and I'm sure there's a Saxo or two out there done tastefully.
