Hello all,
Well I have just collected my E30 and want to fit a DAB radio head unit that I have. Does anyone have any experience with fitting DAB aerials on to an E30? If so what make was it and how was the reception?
Nicholas

Thanks guys. I was looking at the internal mount ones but was not sure how good the reception would be.
I will be sure to PM Danthe.

The stick on screen ones look horrible which was enough to put me off, I had a splitter in the wiring to a Hirchman mast aerial on my E30 and it worked well.
The splitters supposedly dont work with amplified aerials
Ive now got the DAB set in my E34 touring and use a roof mounted DAB specific bee sting aerial, its slightly better than the setup I had in the E30 but the difference isnt worth the £50 I paid for the aerial
Ive still got the splitter, £15 posted to any zoners

Hi DanThe,
So does the splitter mean I can just use the standard rear wing aerial and get DAB? If so I am very interested.
Thanks,
Nicholas
