ok i need some help here guys. Its really starting to get me down .
the central locking module.(triangle thingy) exactly how does it go back on.
i know it goes around the speaker bit.but how.
a picy would be good as i'm a div when it comes to mechanics.

to be honest i would never have taken the job on of bringing my sport back to life if it wasn't for the people that said " NO its easy" and "by the time we're finished you'll never be able to tell"
well as you can guess the helpful people are not helpful. or at least never free to be helpful and i'm now lumbered with a 325 sport that i can't use it's just sat in the garage in need of being put back together.
i have a list of things that need putting back on but for now this is what is really pisssssssing me off.

ok dude , calmdown!

black box, contacts facing down. find 2 hohes on back and a small peg in the middleish.

locate the peg in the hole on the triangle plate. the box should fit snug and holes line up perfect, if not then its not on right.

find the wires that connect to the box. plug it up.

on the body pannel that the bracket screws on to, locate the upper hole with a screw, then fumble the bracket over the screw and bolt it on, the lower screw in the same way.

jobs a goodun

You're confusing him johnono!
The black box must be fitted to the triangular plate and the plug pushed in before you fit the whole lot together. Should go in easily enough.
Theres a black plastic bit that clips in place under the speaker that has to be removed first.

i've tried to fit it with the module already on the bracket and it doesn't seem to want to fit in the hole. like i said guess i'll just keep trying.
it a shame but i'm starting to regret the day i ever bought an e30, even though it was the best car i ever had.
