How do you get the lense off?
I've unscrewed em but they're jammed at the top, does the bumper need to come off to get at them?

Lenses just pull out the front when the two screws are removed. You only need to remove the bumper to remove the whole light unit.
You are having a problem because the bumper cover has been knocked out of line with the bumper beam a little.
Put the screws back in the holes in the lens (but don't screw them in), so that you can use them to pull the lens, and try lifting the bumper cover a bit while pulling the lens.
