hi to all im rueb im new here iv had my e30 for a few years now and recently put a 325i lump in it and am having trouble with wiring ! it started life as a 318i h reg tourer i got the 25i engine box n loom +ecu wich all went together ok buuuuuut does anyone know if i need the 25i fuse box aswell because im stuk n it aint sparkin i kno the crank sensor is good as are the leads coil n dizzy so what am i missing ?someone said i could have an ecu fault any help or info woul be great thanks ....rueb anyone help???

did you take the 2.5 out of the donor car yourself,

Sorry bout that, zone joke... Anyways, you dont need the 325i fusebox, but need a bit more info first. Is the engine turning over at all?? If it is, is it just the spark missing??

It was a long time ago! Hi Rueb, have you got the crank sensor plugged in, if its lost spark thats a quick and easy check, can you let us know if you have a spark anywhere before the plugs. Is there a live to the coil ect.
