hi, i seem to have petrol stains around the petrol flap, i cleaned the car today and i cant remove them. any help please

as above, try the clay bar first as it's the least aggressive. then if that doesn't work try some autoglym super resin polish or menzerna intensive polish. remember to protect the paint afterwards again with a good wax or acrylic lsp.

if you do use t cut you'll still need to polish afterwards to restore the shine as t cut tends to leave a very marred finish. tbh i don't tuch the stuff.

i got the t cut and then read how harsh it can be if not used properly so its just sitting there at min. seems like clay bar should be the first option then. i have a few other bits of body work to sort out as well so am gonna take my time a little and make sure i have every thing i need. many thanks

t cut is fine, just be carefull and be sure to follow up with some ag srp or other good polish such as poorboys ssr or the menzerna. then protect it all with plenty of wax.

this exhasut gas stain was removed with a claybar after washing.

a belt sander and some 80 grit paper should sort that out for you.
