Headlight not working!

My near side headlight does not work, i just bought a new bulb for it which made no difference and i have checked the wiring to the light and it all looks good. It worked fine about a week ago and just randomly stopped working. Ive even checked the wiring with one of them screwdrivers that lights up. It all seems fine to me. Can anyone suggest something?

might be plugs not making a good contact.
