Ok so I might sound like a right tool by saying this but I have a notion in my head that's telling me to go out and buy some mudflaps for my 325i.
I've seen some on fleabay with the bmw domed badge in the corner and think they will look pretty sweet for some reason.

No. 1....what are you views on this? Should I stay off the nail varnish remover or do I have a point?

Secondly does anyone have a pic of a white M-Tech kitted e30 with mudflaps on all 4 corners?

:D

Just wanted to say that is one sweeeeeet motor sir! :notworthy:

I personnaly think that mud flaps would have looked better if your ride was black.

My mates got mud flpas on his black 320i and it does not look out of place one bit.

Cheers Gigz...she's changed a lot since that pic was taken, crystal indicators, clear sides, new badges all round, a few coats of polish and a lot of tidying up. Cheers anywho...

Do you have any pics of your mates flaps or are you not that close?

Just wanna see how they look on an e30

Good point Bradz....mine is as low as you can go without removing your Y fronts on the tarmac whilst in the drivers seat...

If I do get them though I will have to make the flaps on the passenger side are shorter than those on the drivers side for when the wife is riding shotgun.

Nice one Simon, thanks for the pics....I did think the majority of zoners would say no, so I'm going to go with the majority to be on the safe side so everyones opinion will be apprecited.

Yes do it!
I hate my car being covered in sh1t :x
And they look quite good - you can always take them off and sell them on ebay if you don't like them.

Was going to go with the BMW logo'd jobbies as I have the bmw logos on my pina's and not the alpina badges..
Also quite tempted to colour code them......hmmm

To be honest, anything other than OE mudflaps look like an afterthought.

I will be putting up two sets of brand new mudflaps (front and back) for sale in the next couple of weeks.

I do not need them now as I am selling my 318i. Both are still in the original packaging and were from BMW in Chiswick.

Sorry, I can't get pics up for a while as I have other priorities at home at present. If you're interested let me know and we can talk in a couple of weeks.

Cheers for the offer of your flaps Mahmood...I'm touched :D

Seroiusly though, I'll try and find a pic of the originals and then if I like 'em I'll keep an eye on the for sale section.

Cheers

OE mud flafs won't fit i think, cos m-tech kitted cars never came with them from the factory mate, so a bit of adaptation would be required me tinks!

my 2p would be no for your car

but yes if it had no kit!

Well it was tight but I think the general concencous is a NO! The rust thing did it for me with all the mud, dirty and hedgehog gutts getting caught up in them.
Ah well back to the drawing board I guess. :D

Cars with OE cill covers, like higher end tourings, use different OE mudflaps than cars without cill covers.

My touring came with mud flaps, look OE all black with raised BMW at the bottom. I think they look good on the touring but not on the saloon
