Cleaning plastic washer bottle, etc?

I remember a mate of mine years ago used to clean his and make them look brand new. Any tips for making the windscreen washer bottle shine?

Sure i,ve seen Bicarbonate of Soda mentioned on here before. Aka Baking powder.

It's probably easier to get a new one. They're cheap as chips from the dealer. Ironically, the dual bottle from cars with the intensive wash/wipe system are cheaper than the standard one. It's about £12 for the standard, and about £10 for the twin bottle.

You can see before and after with the brake and clutch reserve.. Stuff wasting resources in buying a new one!

meguiars super degreaser cut to 4-1 and a tooth brush, spray on and leave to soak for 5 mins. spray again and then aggitate. should do the trick. you can use it for the rest of your engine bay as well.

will dig out some before and afters.

Nope that was with the meg super degreaser, a tooth brush to agitate and then rinsed with medium pressure on my karcher. don't be scared to get the bay wet. just cover the obvious things ie alarm siren, fuse box etc. have the engine running when rinsing and i've not had a problem. must have detailed about 30 engine bays for mates etc.

im not scared to clean engine bay with water i cleaned my 316 with lots of hot water and a sponge
