These so-called speed bumps are a joke. If anything, they slow you down!

Starting to get very excited in a daft schoolboy stylie about the track day on 1st Nov at Anglesey - this will be my first off island track day

The Isle of Man: No National Speed Limit, No Gatso's, No Nanny State, a disused airfield track 1.5 miles long, the best mountain road to drive on...Come and Play!

You all seem to be going to Oulton on the 18th Nov -
We have our very own BMW trackday there on the 26th.
Its open pit on the full international circuit for £99 - with free instruction and a capped entry of around 50 or so.

My brother and I are taking the racecar to a trackday at Brands on Tuesday 25th November. It is a bmw car magazine day, bmw's only... more info here.
£139 for all day. The mag will be there handing out free mags and the trackday will be featured in a future magazine too.

The red 325 is mine,, she looks a bit ropey without the front spoiler but it goes well enough and is super reliable which is the main thing i guess.
think i saw furbster in a white bimmer,, he was going well.
great track oulton and trackaction online put on an excellent event i thought.

No that wasn't me Moggy. Well found but sadly no pics of mine! This you? p.4 of following topic.
Stoney - You did see me and I saw you (as you overtook me!) but I didn't get a chance to say hi when in the pits!
I'm not doing anymore this year, got some winter jobs to do (send coilovers back to Leda for rebuild, fit fibreglass bonnet and Z3 rack) but will look out for you next year at future events.

It seems that Oulton Park are having 'open pit lane' trackdays every Friday at the moment, all day for £99 if anyone is interested.
Went down on last week and there was a fair mix of cars down there from a £300 205gti to a brand new Nissan GTR and Audi R8! Oh, and some single seaters!

Jon,
I didnt think it would be anyone from here..... as the windows were being held up with wood!
Ah, God bless the French! Im not sure whether he would have made it home in the car as the roads were being gritted as we left and the car may may turned into a pile of iron oxide shortly after leaving the circuit!

I'm in the talentless f*ckwit category, interested in hammering my shed around Castle Coombe, probably about March time. How does one go about it? Are open days quite regular? Anyone interested?

I'm heading to Santa Pod on Sat 31st Jan for their Drift What You Brung day, anyone else going with their e30? After a totally soaking day at Rockingham (and an arguement with the wall!!!
) I wanted to get some sideways practice in safety!
Anyone been before, are the days any good?

Well its meant to be...but we all know wat the m3 engines are like for power.
I had the same set up as yours in my 4x4 saff, and to be honest ,there's not much between them.
Think mine might leave yours a bit,but once on boost yours would catch up,wen they're goin right the cossie motor is awsome..... anyway....nowt a set o cams and a live map wont help!
