Interesting to see the differences between the two. His has an m88 plenum, whereas it's an s38 jobbie on the white one. I wonder if his is actually a 286bhp version? He's got the original washer bottle, my one sits in the front battery tray. The two cars also have different coolant expansion tanks, I don't think mine's original.

There is a thread all ready running on this in the ebay section. As i said before, there were earlier ones that used the M88.

it will be very hard to have an "original spec" car, as there are a few variations to the options available.

the conversion is still available, but the car will neve be an H36 as such, only 6 were officially made with hartge vin no's.

is your one a genuine H36 or converted one ? for sure it seems to have some interesting parts and good spec there.

On a more postive note, the rear discs are vented which I don't belive is standard on an m3 is it? Both front and rear anti roll bars are three way adjustable, the hartge rear bars i've seen in the past were non adjustable. These ARB's are massive btw. The rear bumper has aload of plastic trim which effectively flattens off the rear floor - is this normal on an m3?

Not, it's not standard.

Yes, this is standard on an M3, and good that it's still there, as they quite often go missing, and I believe is NLA.

Did you have it running? Or have the trumpton hacked the wiring loom too?

I haven't heard it running. Cars are drained of all fluids on the holding site before they come to the yard where they are sold/dismantled. Karan's car sounded amazing, especially when nudgin 7000rpm i'm sure this will be similar. Really can't wait to get the ball rolling and start work.

Wiring loom is perfectly intact btw.

Trumpton are getting better, they realise it's easier to remove 2 nuts to disconnect the battery!
