M44 engine, MAF, better steering and brakes from the factory and MUCH newer, if you can get past the looks the Ti wins for me hands down.

so basically, there's not much in it in any area, the is accelerates fractionally quicker, the ti has a fractionally higher top speed. the is is longer, but the ti has a longer wheelbase and is wider, the ti is fractionally lighter.
