got a e30 325i se manual 1988.

apart from ecu, induction kit, remap, i then thought about turbos and superchargers. my knowledge on the turbos and superchargers are minimal so i was woundering whats the best to put on my 325i turbo or supercharger and how much would the kit cost? has anyone put a turbo in a 325i on the e30zone ? ive seen on youtube 325i turbo went up to about 600bhp....is that true ?

just need to be filled on these high tech bits for my 325i especially the pros and cons of the supercharger and turbos .

thanks.

Try reading most of the threads with turbo or supercharged in the title in the engine swap/forced induction forum which will give you a fair indication of how many people have turbo's or superchargers fitted to their motor and whats involved. It will help you decide on what you want to do with your engine.

from what I've read so far about forced induction-
Pro's- lots of power :D
Con's-lots of investment, of both time/effort and money but after that see pros

i've seen an m20 with 800 hp

if you want a super charged e30, speak to ant (a-tech) i think it's about £3000 for the supercharge kit, which gives you about 240+ hp

ive just checked prices for turbo kits and omg its a lot of money which i cant afford right now. so whats best thing to do to increase power on a 325i without doing any turbos and superchargers ??

save up for the turbo.
Whatever power level you get with a turbo it will in 90% be more then any relatively cheap BMW engine can make.

325i @ 11psi boost.

There is nothing better then a turbo to add power. 8)
