Hello there,

I wanted to ask if anyone has bought the Hottuning suspension kit from ebay, and what they thought of the kit?

Ive been looking for a 60/40 drop for a while, and it seems at the price on ebay, I might as well buy the whole kit. Just wanted to know if its any good?

cheers guys,

adil

Quite stiff apparently. Not ideal for the poor roads local to us.

I have it fitted to my cab and there are a few other zoners who have fitted it as well.
For the price the quality is really good and handling is improved. I went for the 40mm all round kit.
If you buy it off here then it's cheaper, i paid £139 for mine including p&p.

Hope that helps

40mm the way to go, 60 will be too much. example of 40mm drop on cab next to 15mm standard drop in sport...both on 16onch rims/same tyres

So are the Hottuning parts any good? I've considered their 30/30 or 40/40 drops but not sure whether to get these or spend some money on Ebaich or Bilstein or H&R or something.

What are their inclosed inductions like as well? anyone?

For the price the quality is there and comes with all parts needed to fit, i have it fitted and have had no problems, ride is a bit stiffer but you would expect that, from me its a :thumb:

Not tried their inclosed induction kits so can't help on that one.

Still debating. Need to get my engine and get it into the car first. Then i can look at getting the 318iS suspension setup (and thats when i'll be dropping the shocks on).

I've heard that the Hottuning inclosed inductions are as good as the BMC carbon ones at a serious fraction of the price. But i'm still unsure. I just want a nice exaust and induction to go with the 318iS engine. I love that induction roar, even if it doesn't do much. Thats why im thinking of getting the hottuning one for a 1/3 of the price of the BMC one.

cant find it. Was posted in a different topic thread as always. You know the zoners going off on tangents all the time

I think you could probably ask Hottuning in the Traders section about them and iirc i think they where only about 40 quid and i think it was a full inclosed induction kit. I'd like to know about them tbh. So may ask. But probs closer to the time.

Have you used them before?

(Not being rude, I just want to know if that comment comes from personal experience)

If their manifolds are anything to go by then i'm sure eibach/H&R/bilstein will be far better not just in terms of ride and handling but also durability.
