My current 323i was £100 with no tax/mot.

Passed the MOT,12 months tax and a bloody good clean, been sitting for 2 years so was filthy,by far the dirtiest car i have ever bought, and the cheapest too!!

Reading this makes me feel robbed lol! My 320 was £575 with years MOT, 6 months tax and solid bodywork, but have probably spent twice that on a B25, bucket seats and harnesses (which make it less comfortable), Adjustable suspension (which make it less comfortable), removed most of the interior (which make it less comfortable) and locked the diff (which make it less comfortable)... Mind you its 100 times more fun than when it was a standard 320!!! winkeye

Went to look at some 17" alloys that were advertised locally. Paid 175 for them.

Came home with an 320i chrome cab thrown in too, new brake pads all round and an aftermarket air filter.

All a post '79 car needs is the drivers side mirror and a n other. That will be either the internal mirror or a nearside mirror, so long as a view can be seen from one or the other.
If a left hand drive car the mirror that must be there is the one opposite the driver and a n other.

This one was £50 and all it needed for its MOT was OS headlamp adjustment. Ran it for over a year before the tinworm killed it. A 316 btw.

This was dearer at £70 as it has 2 more cylinders :teehee:
