What should UK headlight beam look like?

Yeah... if you're sat in the car looking forwards, the upward sloped angle should go over to the left.

Someone's set 'em to continental pattern.
Look at the back of the dip beam headlamp units, and you will see three small cross headed screws, half way back the reflectors, in three slots.
Unscrew these three screws (they won't fall out), pull the back of the light unit back slightly, and turn it so that the screws are at the other end of the slot. Retighten screws, and your beams will now be set to UK pattern.

I switch the lights to opposite dip about three - four times a year when I nip over to France for a day or two.
