Gordon, were you trying to kiss that new shape 3? series on the way back home?
It was a rather shorter exit road than I thought as well!

Wouldn't kiss a new 3, they're pig ugly... The SatNav said it was a short exit road, which was why I was only going slowly as I came off the A3.Jon_Bmw wrote:Gordon, were you trying to kiss that new shape 3? series on the way back home?![]()

Basically, the brakes locked as I stopped for the roundabout, I was almost stationary before that, so it didn't slide far, but I was on about 3/4 left lock...
Seemed fine for the rest of the trip back, so I guess the tyres had dirt in from the field...? Where the ABS went, I don't know though.
O/T... Hope the landlord doesn't mind all those donuts Lisa did in DaveT's Sport when she moved it out of the field for him...

I eventually got the turd/open differ to do something respectable, then Tom peppered my car in stones from the car park! Lol.

I like your headlights Jon, they are easy to identify when you're following, and don't dazzle either. Must fit some to my Touring sometime.

Great upgrade for £38 iirc. The night time visability is improved vastly as well. I try not to tailgate as thats when things all go horribly wrong so thats why I was keeping a distance.

Very easy to spot you from a distance though. No worries about whether I'd lost you or not.
Very white compared to all the orange lights around you.
