Wet passenger footwell

I've recently noticed the passenger footwell carpet of my E30 325i sport is soaking wet eveytime it rains. I covered the sun roof as it doesnt work n i thought that was the problem but after checking it recently it seems even worse. Any suggestions!!!

Guarantee its the Bulk head, just where the bottom of the glove box bolts up or where the wiring loom comes through... They rust just around the gromet

Get in there and pull the carpet back to investigate.

if not the bulkhead

then check your sunroof drain tube in front pillar

these are common blockers and cause rain to flood floor thru inner sill

a length of coax wire fits down then nicely for cleaning out

dont forget to check the scuttle drain tube (elephants trunk) sits on the bulkhead near the battery tray. gets blocked up and causes water to build up and overflow into the car through the heater intake.

So you mean co-ax cable, right. Anything else I dont have any of that knocking around?
