What wheels exist that would suit a standard or lowered chrome 320 cab and look period?

For my preference they would be 15in, maybe 16. Preferably wide(ish) with deep dish look. Also be brilliant to have direct fit without spacers or adapters.

I really like the BBS and borbet A's, but there must be other classic wheels out there that you know about?

The kind of stuff you see on Mk1/2 golfs just dont seem to look like they would suit a bigger car.

Budget is tight, and the car isn't mint anyway, so what are the chances of coming accross second hand sets, maybe needing refurb.

Please could offer suggestions and post pics or links if you have them, and also if you know how much a set might cost also.

Sorry fellas but thanks,

For me the MIM 1900 / APlina 'thin-straight-multi-spoke' is just not my personal preference.

ATS cup was a good suggestion though, anyone know about fitments?

they are usually 4x100 as they are big in the VW scene too.

Usually the offset is a bit too high and they need some spacers on the front or they catch the track rod ends I believe.

I'm just looking on a VW forum at the moment as I'm sure I spied a rather great set of 6 ATS Cups 2 x 7.5" 2x 8.5" and 2x 9.5" which are damn rare!!!
