Hi guys ... wonder if i can fit this rim into my e30 or not. i need some technical opinion if this rim going to be deep dish looking.

SIZE : 16" x 7 front / 8J rear
HOLE : 4
PCD : 100
OFFSET : 35

You'll need spacers. Correct offset on an E30 is 24mm on 7" rims and 12 or 13mm on 8".

Thanks alot .. one more question.. what about offset for 17x7 rims?
whats the correct perfect fitment for e30?

Nope. it's all to do with rim WIDTH

Actually, From a handling standpoint, it also depends on the rolling radius.....
