Looks fcking mean mate  Love it, keep it like that, really good simple mod.
Thats what is next for my BBS black with a highly polished rim
Im thinking along the same lines, or just getting them refurbished but with a polished rim, split BBS are a bit to expensive :( Would be a good alternative

Looks good mate,i think you need a small rear spoiler to finish it off as the "arse" looks big with the M-tech kit with no spoiler ? Or it might be just the pictures making it look that way ?

I want to do mine black so they are easy to clean, they are a pain in the ass ! :x

yeah i agree

on dark cars i like no spoiler but mine looks like there's something missing from some angles

going to have to try the tech2 on the boot, been rubbing it down for primer this evening. realised a few of the mounting studs are damaged, so as it ain't worth selling i might as well have it on the car!

cleaned it before those pics, for the first time since it's had the kit on (didn't seem worth washing it when it was 3 different colours!), borrowed a pressure washer but still took ages and will need another wash to get it properly clean!

god bless the hero chariot!!!!! :jesus:

lets hope things go smoother from this point onwards..

also from my experiences dude i suggest u change that doughnut asap!! as a prop vibration is what killed my gbox/starter/prop........and a lot nof hassle!!!

driving a car with vibrations around is not to be recommended and i learnt the hard way

i'm going to get sooo slated for putting the tech 2 on the boot :guns:

the thing just looks unbalanced the way it is, it needs something. i like tech2s anyway i just like the no-spoiler look too.

need to fix that fcuking donut before it breaks, done another 40 miles on it today  . there's only vibration under hard acceleration though, but it's difficult not to boot it everywhere. it's dead smooth when cruising.

also think i got a knackered rear damper  bloody car!

is that kit adjustable height? i like the ride height at the moment. it's about right, only trouble is the front springs could do with being a bit stiffer

No spoiler! It'll 'spoil' it...

Maybe a little lip spoiler, but I reckon it'll look like a Sport 'wannabe' with a Tech2 unit on...

cheers for that karan.

Giles and the rest, i know i'm going to get stick for putting that thing on the back, but it ain't staying with nothing there so i might as well try the tech 2, if i don't like it then whatever replaces it will cover the holes!

trouble is my car's an unusual colour for mtech2 so it seeme different to other sports, if it was silver i'd already know exactly what it was gong to look like from seeing other cars!

think a small black lip might be the answer actually, but trying the tech2 first as i already have one!

Giles don't try to be smart  you know what i mean! my car looks really different to pics of your sport for example

it's going on (AFTER i spray it gold instead of red, for a change) and if it looks cr@p it's coming off again!

the black centers do look amazing and would EVEN better with polished rims, but you dont want to bling the car up to much or you will spoil its sleeper look... and keeping the polished rim constantly clean and polished will be a NIGHTMARE!

As for the doughnut problems.... what sort of vibration do you get cos my car is making some nasty vibrations under acceleration but I haven't been able to pin point why.

Also Toby, I am wanting to make a start on the 335 and get my engine out of the m535 auto, 730 and 320 to start swapping about nxt week... what do i need to mate the 7 series auto engine to a manual gearbox as I am guessing the flywheel is different.. or would it be easier to wang in the whole auto box as i aint fussed if its manual or auto, either way its going to be RAPID. finally, does anyone fancy making me some nice mounts up 8)...

AUTO?!!

the autobox is bigger than the manual. you will be FORCED to remove the e30 front subframe and install engine and box complete from below, as there's no way you'll be able to install engine first then box from below.

then the crappy autobox will lose drive a week later and you'll have to put a manual in!

you need a m535i manual flywheel, and a clutch kit (clutch is Ԛ£160 from ECP) and an e34 530i or 535i manual box. start looking now!

find those bits and it'll all bolt together beautifully. might take a bit of searching though!
