Yep, 2.0 out, 2.5 in, simple as and swap the ECU at the same time...

its one of the easiest coversions to do,
you also need airflow meter,exhaust,ecu (or just the chip) maybe a few more odd bits but nothing major.

ideal got a doner car anyway. someone said i would have to change steering rack for some reason.
