Just kidding, I've got hold of a some clear side repeater lenses and was wondering about fitting to my chromie

I like the look of clear lenses but they are a more contemporary look and I don't can't decide if it'll look right on a chromer.

What do you think?

Stay with the originals dude
Previously owned loads of old E30s, E34s, a few E36s, E32s, E39s and an E38.

Currently in a diesel Audi - miss me old E30's....

clarko74, had them on my chrome cab for about two weeks, then went back to original orange.
Just did,nt look right imho. Will try and dig some pic.s out later if you want.

i think chromies look better orange, but plastic bumpers need clear :D

Personally if I had a chromie I would try smoked ones that would blend into the black bit of the bumper

I have clear on my m-tec 2 cab now, with integ sidelights, and makes the front of the car look fresh and new :cool:

I had smoked fronts & clear sides on mine for quite a while - click on my sig if you want a comparison! Original = best.
