If I wanted a fast track/road e30 I would have a m50 orultimately a s50 engined one but I want one for drift/road. After going out in one at Santa Pod and pulling 3rd gear drifts from as low as 20mph/1500rpm I know the 230ishftlb at 2 grand style of the m30 is for me.

My e34 535 drifter rocks and pulls through 3rd easy in the dry so in an e30 its got to be mental.

I wanted that black 2dr with the jap rota wheels that was on here but couldnt bring myself to sell the sport when it was for sale.

Bar that was a good turnout considering the weather I think.

Pics to follow
Cheers for the organising Mike, was a great meet, in fact I'm with randomdave in saying it was the best meet I've been to yet!
I enjoyed the carvery, but you all probably guessed that!!!
Rare beef Hmmm!!

We kept slowing right down and keeping the 520 turbo in our mirrors after we left the car park. After lynmouth we stopped at the top of countisbury hill and waited for the next BMW then went off again. We went through Dunster and left at wheddon cross to Taunton.

I'll get myself organised and plan a route round Exmoor and Dartmoor starting in Taunton, with regular stops in big enough car parks/laybys to allow everyone to re-group and set off again together.

Anyone interested, think it's a good idea, any comments?

Nb) Dave you're a miracle worker, fixed my ABS AND central locking in half an hour! Many thanks. I am looking into the rear adjustable mounts they shouldn't be too much work, I'll let you know how I get on.

Can anyone suggest how to test if the boot lights are staying on with the boot shut?
