Just seen this Martin, but I definitely have a static IP.

I have a feeling it might be the cookie for the banned account(s) that gives me the "Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board" message - there's still a username & password box to fill in, so gonna give Dr. Daniel's account a try when he does it.

Although I think it's the IP that's banned as I'm not allowed to register a new account
