Thanks. Just bought mine recently as my 1st car, not got any big plans for it yet. Planning on working on the body first, bit of rust just coming through on the rear archesrav320uk wrote:Nice cab, what plans have you got for here??
I've had mine for 10 yrs now, and started out as a 320i now is a 335i.
Have fun now."When the weathers better"

Cheers mate, body is in good condition overall but needs a few bits tidying up. Going to take my time and not rush, make sure it is done properly. Hopefully i will be at the stage of a engine conversion soonsparco wrote:just take it easy, do it like me, body first , then everything else, im planning to put mine on 3.5 or maybe some turbo, then im going to decide what suspension fits that engine the best , really looking good , i wish mine was like this when i bought it

I was thinking of getting a set but thought do something different and get angel eyes, dont think anyone got them on a E30 in Derby apart from Mubsys.aceraf wrote:You'd be better of with a DIY smoked set, but hey, if you like them, then stick with them...you got HID's installed in it yet?
You've seen mine in the flesh haven't you?? Isn't as good as it looks in picsIt's a never ending project, got loads of parts for it, just a case of getting them all fitted.
I did see your car out a few times last month, but wasn't sure if it was yours or not...had the old wheels on it then.
You leaving it stock or you going to tech 2 it? If you don't, then get an IS lip on it.

I've just had it fitted today and not had a chance to drive the car much so can't really say much. Sorry. Can let you know in a couple days thoughaj_mckay wrote:what's the hottuning kit like ride wise? am toying with the idea of it myself...

Thats typical jagga, is he not putting the m-tech kit on?aceraf wrote:You're best asking Jagga about his, he don't seem to want to get anything done on it unless i do it for him![]()
I saw the lights on mubsys, don't think they look any better on a tech 2 either
I really wouldn't bother with the genesis kit unless you're willing to throw serious money at the car....you'll need some seriously wide wheels for starters!!! probably looking at £1-2K for the kit, £1-2K sprayed and fitted, wheels alone will set you back another £2K atleast!!!! Big money that. Not something you want to be doing to your first car. Keep your feet on the ground..i've been there.
Tech 2 is the way to go i think. You playing footy tomorrow? I'm making my comeback
