will a chip designed for a 325I ecu work in a 320i ecu ?

Then you want a chip for a 2.7 :P For best results, Use an aftermarket ecu instead.

I've used my 325i chip in both my 325i ECU and in my 320i ECU both were fine, my engine is a 2.5.

So yes, you should be ok.

lol ta liquid thats wat i needed to know lol .

this bit could get confusing lol , ive got a 2.7 chip , but its in a 325 ecu ,but the car wont run atol with the 325 /2.7 ecu but it will with the 320I ecu but obvisly the chips wrong . :mad:
