black trim

i have seen a lot of red e30s have a red trim going around them, but i seen a lot of nicer ones are completley solid red trim?
do people just spray the trim or is it a kit?

The name of the link says it all...

it's fitted with a tech 2 kit to make it look like that.

Not sure, never fitted one, but have a full kit sat at home waiting to be sprayed and fitted to my touring so would be interested in a guide if anyone has one.
