Have been offered an e30 chromie, its silver, and i think its a 316 carbed. Its on steels, has 6 months MOT and runs, its in northants and ive been offered it for £150.
Anyone interested- or should I just buy it, abuse it then frag it?

Have it if you need a cheap runabout or if it looks nice enough to be worth keeping / putting a new engine in etc. Probably not worth buying to frag.

If the shell is straight, that's a tech 1 project car.

The rear panel is taped up for a reason I don't know and there is a dent in the front wing? But other than them it looks straight!
£150 with 6 months ticket? Worth every penny just as transport to somebody. Put six months rent on it and drive it till it dies, then scrap it. Long as it runs alright and isn't too crusty or wayward in the steering or braking, motoring doesn't come much cheaper. Can't believe the shell is all that great, but if it's straight and unrusty/unbodged it's a winner as well. If I didn't already have too many of the things I'd be tempted.
