This ones not scrap! I'm slowly rebuilding it as a non-sunroof 318is track car. Heres my current progress;Alex wrote:http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... highlight=
as far as i know that one is scrap now
Just installed rebuilt struts with new top mounts, spax springs and dampers. Refurbished subframe, M3 eccentric bushes, got a Z3 rack to go on plus Eibach arbs and my rebuilt calipers.

mineral blue told me of this one, have you been doing it up for a while?the one on the way bridge makes me shudder
well this makes 3 as cabbies are allowed specialy that 1

I bought it nearly a year ago to turn into a track car, but I ended up using it as my daily while I was between cars. I finally started properly on it about 3 months ago and got rid of the M10. I had already been working on an M42 motor, which I'm still working on.
When its finished, the spec will be (close as possible);
2.0 stroker M42 with E36 M3 ITB's, cams, some mild head work and a few other nice mods.
Spax nitrogen dampers and spax -40mm springs (got these cheap, i'll be swapping to H&R sometime in the next couple of years.
Eibach anti roll bars.
M3 eccentric control arm bushes.
Powerflex rear bushes.
3.91 or 4.1 lsd.
Rebuilt 318is calipers with braided hoses.
6 point bolt-in cage.
Seats, harnesses, etc.
Should be nice when it's done. Can't wait but we're refurbishing our flat at the moment so the E30 doesn't get much of my time
I love the colour though. Since its going to be a track car, I was thinking about doing my 15" BBS' in white, cage powdercoated in white, etc and have a bit of a mineralblau/white theme going on.

Honestly I really don't like the colour!
I will do when I get a chance. There is a thread floating around already about the engine. To be honest its moving so slowly but I'll start a proper thread soon.Alex wrote:sounds like an interesting project, you want to start a thread going about it

mineral blue is rare for a good reason
I love marmite, and mineralblau. I want keen on it when I bought it, I got the car cos it was such a clean shell but the colour has really grown on me.
