BMW 325i sport... worth it?

Hi All,

My bro is offering me his 325i sport for a certain amount of cash. i am not sure whats its worth so i just wanted to get a rough idea. let me give you a low down on the spec:

- Black 325i Sport F reg
- Usual sport stuff
- 6 branch manifold from the zone shop
- Hartge full exhaust
- Re-built cyclinder head
- Cat cam
- Variable cam pulley
- BBTB
- ITG induction kit
- 17' alpina replicas
- Zone chip
- Lightened flywheel
- New clutch kit
- New alternator
- E30 M3 Cecotto interrior and seats
- Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator
- smoked hellas (Originals)

100k on the clock
no real Service history, but i know the cars sound because he has done a lot of work on it.

So what would a sport with the above be worth roughly?

There is no way you could value that fella. Really that is just a list of mainly mods. What is the car like for rust ? as this is the main issue !
