Fed up with North East trackdays?
Croft, Cadwell & Donington all too far away?
Well fret no more my flat capped bretheren, we are coming to you!
I have booked Oulton Park at a knock down price for the exclusive use of the BMW Car Club members and our guests (thats you lot).
Wednesday, 26th November 2008
It's a full on Trackday just like the one we have at Croft, you are going to love it!
.. the best news is the price.. £99 each!
Thats right - its not a mistake .. Oulton Park, the full facility for less than a ton.. and I only need 50 or so drivers to make it pay!
Open Pit lane
Capped entry
Exclusive booking
Free instruction
Prizes and Trophies
£99 each
Hope you can come, it will be the highlight of the year, I'm smiling already!
Nick

You tell 'em Chris, no one's listening to me.
We have got the place for well under half the going rate - you would have thought I would have had Zoners queueing up at this price!

exactly
most outlon trackdays are in the region of 180 quid,
this is 99 quid, with as much free tuition as you can get, plus slower people pull over unlike on somedays where they sit there for a lap and a bit before they even notice your there
If that aint value then i don't know what is

Yeah - and it's a capped entry as well, that means I just take on as many entries as I need to cover costs. In this case just 55 cars.. most commercial operators would pack the place full with around 70 cars to make it worth while.
I can't believe we have filled Donington at £185 a pop - have them queueing at Croft for £150 - but this one at £99 has yet to inspire any Zoners into action..
.. is it just me, or what?

You can have as many drivers as you like so long as they pay up - the prices are all on the entry form.

Hi Nick,
May my Ibiza and 200sx driving colleagues come too please? I recently suggested Oulton to them but currently they're looking at Snet.
In fairness the 200sx guy drives an m3 as a daily and the other guy we can just take the piss out of

Maybe they can if I have any spaces left, but not just yet.. I have to give my fellow BMWCC bretheren first refusal and most of them are blissfully unaware of it yet.. the advert for the event is in the November club magazine that hits the doormat next week.hoshy wrote:Hi Nick,

Give me a shout in a couple of weeks to see if there are any places left over.
