As above, ive just had one made to measure for my M30 conversion, £80 all in... :D no chopping and welding.. all re-tubed etc.. let me know if you need one

I think he means welding at proper joins, rather than just chopping and rewelding.

i would say so. most prop places will do what ever diamiter pipe you want as long as it will fit teh connecting parts. i think he ment tack in place so they know exact lengths when re-tubing?

when i took my m30 prop to get cut they used the same diamiter as the m30 front. so the rear section of my prop is thicker too. beef it up.

rossle you could change your output shaft to an m30/m3/e28 etc and use the m30 guibo and have the same diamiter? just and idea.

just so happens i have a spare m30 output shaft, would you believe it? yours for free if i can find it :? and its a route you might consider.

i will take pics of mine to show you all, but i think price wise at £80, cheaper than recoprps ! all the guy needs is the prop you want to use and the two flanges that you want to use and he will be able to make it for you

£80 is a good price for a custom prop. i paid nearly £100 for mine 2 years ago.
