Guys and Gals,

I've got a neon blue convertible and REALLY confused as to whether black or cream/vanilla would be the best choice of colour for a full interior refurb..

I love the idea of having a cream/vanilla interior..but I think black would look cool/sporty..

Thoughts? And any pics?

No probs.

To be honest, the best colout interior for a blue car is red in my opinion. But I would say that as i'm going to be doing all of the interior of my touring in red.

What'd you study?

^^ To be honest, I'm seriously considering getting the interior done black as I think this will give the car a more clean, sport look..really think I can pull it off..plus I won't have to do much to the carpet and dash, etc

I use to study at Kedleston Road..got to know a fair few locals so you might know some of them!

Cream with blue stitching will look council - trying to hard.

Just do it in all black or beige, no funny stitching and no piping - I'd stick to correct E30 colours.

black just from a practical point of view, cream would look nice but you you be forever cleaning it to keep it nice...no more chocolate in your car!! not a problem with black.... but what about a nice dark blue?

hmmm i was actually thinking that but then it wouldnt do the paint any justice..i think a really dark or light colour would work with it!

im actually considering camel biege now..ive seen that in black cabs and think that would look awesome with neon blue!

lol very true, and i spoke to dips of custom cars, and he said that beige against a brand new paint job (in neon blue) will make the leather look "unclean" which is true..i think black is the way to go!
