I forgot the most important thing didn't I.
Well I hate change, i'm extremely old fashioned when it comes to things changing on computers, give me one thing and its fine. Ebay for example, I hate it, always changing....
....This on the other hand looks really really good. Much more professional and dare I say it, business like. Its been facelifted from a forum into a community perhaps? I was very impressed and thats good going for someone who hates change.
It's successfully passed the Jon_Bmw seal of approval, you can now implement it folks.

We are looking to have a very special section for threads just like yours Si, It's called "E30zone Gold"
Basically any thread that is a good read and a real source of inspiration will be moved in there as a showcase of the sort of things our members get up to.

Any old bitching threads going over then too?
Is this new baby raising the bar right up like last time? E30zone where ahead of the game with this forum long whilst everyone else was still on runboard stuff
Great job guys, heros as always. I had a hard time adjusting over last time. It seems along time ago too!

I think you'll find it will take an earth to upload Dave.
The fat Americans have are all logged on so thats why its probably quite slow. It took me 5 mins at 9ish this morning, might be easier then?

Looks very cool, and some good features in there aswell.
Think most of the build threads should be carried over, I know I for one don't have the early pics i took of my touring anymore, and if I lost the thread, they'd be gone for good.
Looking good through, when's it switching over?

Here's the video as video files. Quality is very low (though twice the quality of YouTube vids, so not too bad) especially on the WMV file, and I couldn't seem to record audio from the Shockwave file, and as I don't have any Metallica (though I do have a good selection of other 80s metal) I just poured over some Prodigy, for the simple reason that it was the same length as the video file. But, it'll still do the business for showing off the lovely new E30zone.
Two formats, and three places to download.
26.6MB WMV file from Speedyshare
38.2MB MPG file from sendspace
38.2MB MPG file from cRapidShare
Hope this helps.
