Is norforkline any cheaper. They usually do a great deal for 'silly o clock' boats. Like £38 return! I think you'll need a very early one as well.

They mainly deal with freight and artics so they seem to always do cars pretty cheap.

Might be worth checking out?

Regarding the channel crossing, i've just been to the nurburgring this weekend and though the ferries are busy, it wasn't a problem. maybe 20 mins longer than usual to get through.

norfolkline dunkirk - dover will save a few miles worth of petrol too, though the food etc is utter crap! P&O from calais will be nicer. all told, if you're coming from belgium and driving the extra time to calais, it'll take about the same time overall to get to dover.

Only just spotted this...! Newbie and all that :wink:

Gonna get me 325 up on the ramps on Sat morn and replace the drive shaft bolts (managed to shear 2 of them this week - gearbox side thr the big rubber donut) sort me handbrake and ill be there on Sunday 8)

Sunday night on the 23.59 crossing from Dover to dunkerque(arriving at 3 am local time

Provided i can get another set of wheels sorted out as i've just manged to buckle 2 that's on the car a couple of nights ago :cry: :x


Shoulld make it though but with some scabby looking 16's fitted instead of the shiny, clean 18's
