Engine swap

Right guys i am considering putting a 325i sport engine into my 320i cab, is it really worth it and what work is involved. Also how much is the running gear worth, unfortunatly the bodys had it due to a crazy WOMEN driver. what figure should i pay my mechanic to swap the engines. Thanx in advance for all your advice
E30 the only bm to have.

its an easy job as both six potters. just need to chane engine, box i think and ecu. if i have missed anything someone will add.

It's always worth putting a 325 engine into a 320. Don't forget to change the diff as well, or it'll still be revving its nuts off.
