E30 325i MotorSport Convertible ???

Hi Guys,

A mate of mine is looking at buying a 1991 motorsport Convertible dont know much about it all i know is its 91 H reg i think not got FSH but does have good BMW history ? the seller is asking Ԛ£6500 ono ?

So whats this worth roughly ? how can he tell if its a real motorsport version ? hes asked me about it but i dont have a clue so i am passing it over the the experts on here please help as i think hes going to see it tonight ?

if it's proper then it's worth that sort of money

it should have 15inch bbs with nogaro silver centres
tech 2 kit
white or bubble leather, or half leather (all sport seats)
grey centre consul
LSD
close ratio gearbox
m-tech suspension
electric hood

If it looks like it has most of these chances are it's real i would say

The service history book should state 325i motorsport i think

Best way obviously is to check chassis no. with a bmw dealer as always!

should be a 798 option from the BMW chasiss check this is what you need to ensure its pukka, there is also a sticker under the rear bench/boot area (not sure where but i know there is) which tells what number its out of 250
