2 weeks earlier and you could have had my 3.25;1 lsd still in e34 casing but ive had it refurbed and converted to e30 flanges now sorry. However, like everything in life, "if the price is right......." then it could be re-converted.

In E34 there are 2 types of diffs
the smaller case like the BIG in E30 and the BIG one like 540 M5
and they are yhe same as in E32 750 and 740
you can swapp the BIG diff from E32-E34 and they fit
you can take the LSD from a smaller diff and re-install it in a E30 bigger diff

I've got a 535i Sport LSD - £150 and I want 50 quid up front before I take a spanner anywhere near it!

No BMW diff is easy to remove and E34's are a right cow unless you have a lift - and I don't.
