Guess what, I should be there, but as a visitor only It's now MOT'd but not taxed or insured. Plus the car hasn't been cleaned / polished for 10 months and needs a little work! I'm currently working away at the moment, due back in Dorset on the 13th... I might get there but I think i'll concentrate on getting the car ready for Santa pod

Car currently very very poorly, number 5 exhaust manifold heating to red hot, lean issue with combustion in number five cylinder. Possible injector or valve/ valve guide issue, plus slight oil leak from firewall side of head coming between head and block.

Head coming off completely and we shall see.

Valve situation would not be a problem, damaged head would be a huge problem as head purchase/rebuild to proper H27 spec is around £2k.

Keep yer fingers crossed PLEASE !!

Didn't get the tickets an I'm up North at the moment, not back till Friday night. Can I stilll buy on the gate an be allowed to get to the Zone stand?

Should be no problem Henry. Don't know what they'll charge on the gate though. I think £9 from the entry form.
Their argument for pre-booking was space, but if Iain has pre-booked said space, they can't refuse you entry due to being full.

Dan, the honest answer is I think so, but can't be sure.
Basically, the Zone has space booked, once that space is full, you'll be in the carpark with the peasants.
It depends what turnout they get on the day.

Right guys, DIRECTIONS for those that need them.

From M27, A31 past Picket Post, head for Ringwood.
At Ringwood, the road goes into 4 lanes in each direction, get into the right-hand two lanes.
Go straight across 3 roundabouts - no, not literally. Follow signs to Ferndown and Dorchester.
Turn right at the 4th roundabout, signed A31 Dorchester.
At the next roundabout, straight across, into single carriageway.
At the next roundabout, take 3rd exit, A31 Dorchester.
The next roundabout will be signposted Poole to the left, and Dorchester to the right. Turn left at this roundabout.
Almost immediately there is yet another roundabout, this is the last one. Turn right at this, towards Poole.
About a half mile up the road, the road goes into two lanes for traffic lights. Turn left at these lights.
About a mile up the road, there are some traffic lights. Turn right at these and enter the showground.

The show kicks off at 9am tomorrow folks, entry appears to be up to 11am latest.

I would like to get the gazebo up by 9am ready for the kick-off if possible.
Anyone able to get to the showground early enough to help with this will be much appreciated.
