i use silicone spray on my tyre sidewalls and they stay shiney for ages

Will cause a reaction with freshly applyed paint, usually looks like pimples in the paint.

Pimples in fresh paint can also be from where they havent flat/polished it enough, as well as silicone

if they are there when the car is being mopped that means its happened before the car has come out of the spray booth normally you wont get it out buy mopping because you have to flat it doe=wn that much you will just burn through the paint and it will have to be painted again
